| We wish to say what a wonderful holiday we had, we have travelled to many places all over the world but feel that this surpassed them all.The satisfaction is largely down to the Sri Lanka Travel Centre who worked so hard and so well to make it almost perfect. | It was an excellent holiday with lots of variety. The itinerary was perfect and the standard of accommodation was better than expected. Particularly enjoyed the houseboat and the elephant ride. The standard of customer care was excellent. Particularly reassuring to receive a phone call the day before departure. It was also good to have staff meet us at the airport both when we arrived and departed. I would definitely your company.

| We have now returned from our trip and I must contact you to say what a wonderful time we have had. From the moment we stepped out of arrivals until we returned two weeks later, we received the most perfect service from all your colleagues. Our itinerary ran like clockwork and we were never left for a moment with any anxieties about our situation or what we should be doing next. All your staff were charming, perfectly turned out and never late. Our driver always took great pride in both himself and the appearance of his car and despite what appeared to be chaotic driving conditions, we always felt entirely safe in his capable hands. We regarded him as our guardian angel as he was always keeping an eye on us making sure we did not get into difficulties with awkward ATM machines or unscrupulous traders etc. The itinerary which you arranged for us was perfect in every way. In fact I would not change any arrangements as the whole trip had an ideal balance to it. I think we all felt that it was a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you again for all your help. We shall certainly be recommending your company to our friends.

| Your arrangements were all excellent and your agents very helpful. We had 6 whole days on Bangaram island where we took advantage of the all the activities on offer. It gave us much time to relax in the sun and the sea and to walk around on the island where we met delightful people.

We had such a wonderful honeymoon, the people are very very special and so humble and genuine. We saw elephants, crocodiles and loved the hotels. Dubai was a crazy city. It seems like you really can do everything in one day- from skking to ice skating, to sun bathing and swimming with dolphins and shopping till you drop. But again a wonderful experience.
