The 'Casa Colombo' is a 12-suite retro-chic boutique hotel that blends old world charm with contemporary design and is housed in a 200 year old restored Moorish mansion. Located in a Cul- de- sac off the busy streets of Colombo, the hotel gives you easy access to the city at the same providing you with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
The intricate mosaic flooring, moulded ceilings and ornate balconies of the original mansion have been restored and combined with contemporary furniture and décor. Each of the hotel's 12 luxury suites is distinctive in its design with no one suite similar to the others. The rooms are spacious and decorated with luxurious soft furnishings, flowing silk drapes and mood lighting which give it a soothing ambience.
The hotel boasts of the first 'pink' pool in the world where you will also find glass sun beds, canopied day beds and chrome elephants that wade in the shallow pool.
