Providing the settings for training programmes: Whilst conventional training programmes involve long gruelling days for attending members, we can facilitate innovative training programme frameworks where we can work with your HR department to design a tailor-made programme where training can be held in breathtaking locations and can be combined with leisure activities and excursions. For example, a seven-day training program could be designed to include two nights in a beach resort, a few nights in a hill station and a few nights in an adventure camp, where training is held in the morning session and the rest of the evening is free for leisure.
