Day 01: Arrival Colombo - Balapitiya (120 km / 3 hr)
Welcomed by Sri Lanka Travel Centre representatives at the Bandaranaike International Airport and transferred to the beautiful fishing village of Balapitiya through some very scenic routes along western coast of the Island. On arrival check into the five suite haven called the River House, set amidst lush green plantations and paddy fields. Relax and unwind. In the evening enjoy a romantic couple’s massage and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Overnight stay. (Vehicle for transfer)
Day 02 & 03: Balapitiya
Spend two days at leisure in Balapitiya which is a small, picturesque fishing village with miles of golden soft beaches. Small fishing hamlets border the beaches where you will find peace, romance and the perfect settings to celebrate your love. Enjoy a dip in the pool or catch the sun on the little patch of private beach within easy access of the Resort. You could also visit the surfer’s paradise of Hikkudawa which is easily accessible from here. Overnight at the resort.
Day 04: Balapitiya – Talpe (Galle) (40 km / 1 hr)
Proceed to Galle and check in to the beautiful Apa Villas located by the sea. The quiet village of Talpe offers you gorgeous palm-fringed white sands and sparkling blue green sea for swimming, surfing and snorkelling. Small coral reef forms a natural swimming pool. The Resort provides you with an extensive garden, an inviting swimming pool and a stunning private beach. Overnight at the resort. (Vehicle for transfer)
Days 05, 06 & 07: Talpe (Galle)
Spend three romantic days at leisure in the breathtaking world of Talpe. Enjoy short walks along the beach or take Tuk Tuk rides to the cinnamon estates nearby.You could also enjoy a visit to Galle. One of Sri Lanka’s finest colonial-era showpieces, this Dutch built town and the 17th century Fort of Galle offer a fascinating glimpse into the colonial past of the Island. Huge bastions and ramparts enclose the quaint town with its narrow streets, old villas and offer mesmerizing sunset views across the Indian Ocean. Overnight at the resort.
Day 08: Talpe – Colombo (130 km / 3 hr)
Leave Apa Villa in the morning and proceed to the cosmopolitan city of Colombo. On arrival check into the Park Street Hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Party mongers can explore the night life and the many vibrant discos in the city. Overnight at the hotel. (Vehicle for transfer)
Day 09: Colombo
The day is free to explore the city of Colombo. This highly underrated city boasts the perfect union between colonial imperialism and modern sophistication and offers a thriving art scene, fantastic culinary delights and high-end brands at bargain prices. Enjoy a complimentary romantic candle-lit dinner. Overnight at the hotel. (Vehicle at disposal.)
Day 10: Colombo – Departure (40 km / 1 hr)
Departure transfer to the airport for your return flight. (Vehicle for transfer).
